Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the images.

Furthermore included in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different parts of the property.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
